Changing password

If you're on the website version of our Help Center, to change your password (where available):

Log in to our software, then select:

Settings → Account Details → Password

Here, type in your current password, then enter your new password and confirm it. To save the changes, select Apply.

If you're using the PokerStars Next Gen app, log in and select:

Account icon → Login & Security → Change Password

Here, type in your current password, then enter your new password and confirm it. To save the changes, select Apply.

Other versions of our mobile app don't have a change password function. But you can still reset your password to a new one by selecting Forgot Password? and following the on-screen instructions.
