Resetting a forgotten password
To reset your password follow these steps:
Desktop software
Open our software and go to:
Login → Forgot password?

Mobile app
Open our app and tap Forgot password?

Website
Open our website and under Login, select Forgot password / username?.
Next, enter your username or registered email address and submit your request. You'll soon receive an automated email with further instructions.
If you don't receive an email from us within a few minutes or have any other questions, select Forgot password again and then Contact Us to open our Contact Support form.
Once the form is open, follow these steps:
- Enter your email address.
- Fill in the subject line and provide at least three of the requested details.
- Once finished select Send.
To protect the integrity of our games and the security of players' accounts, you are not allowed to open a new account if you have forgotten your password.
